Level 2 Barbering Professionals

​

 

The primary goal of a professional barber is to deliver a wide range of barbering services tailored to individual client needs, all while providing exceptional customer care. A Level 2 Barber is trained to shampoo and condition hair, use various cutting techniques, style and finish hair in diverse looks, shape facial hair, and offer traditional shaving services.

​

Barbers must be skilled in working with all hair types and textures, from straight (Type 1) to very curly and coily (Type 4). They are expected to conduct thorough client consultations, demonstrate professionalism and strong communication, and uphold the values and behaviours of the industry. In addition, they must apply retail knowledge and follow safe working practices. Barbers operate independently, maintaining high precision and delivering a consistently outstanding experience to every client.

Level 2 Hairdressing Professionals

The primary purpose of this role is to deliver a wide range of hairdressing services tailored to individual client needs. This is achieved through thorough consultations and the application of relevant industry tests, all while ensuring exceptional client care, adherence to health and safety practices, and compliance with legal, industry, and organisational standards, procedures, and protocols.
