HR Apprenticeships

​

YTP has partnered up with HR Specialists CHaRM to provide a professional apprenticeship in Human Resources.  So if you are just starting out in HR or looking to take your career to the next level, this course will give you the knowledge and skills you need to succeed.

​

The programme of learning starts by working towards the knowledge elements within the apprenticeship by completing the industry recognised CIPD Level 3 Certificate in Human Resources Practice. You will require day release from your work to undertake this.

Whilst completing the CIPD element you will be allocated a Learning Development Tutor (LDT). Your LDT will  regularly review your progress with you, provide you with ongoing information, guidance and support,

assess the completed CIPD elements into the apprenticeship standards and provide you with developmental feedback.

Your LDT will also prepare you for your End Point Assessment to fully achieve the apprenticeship.

Entry Requirements 

​

  • Each student is required to join the CIPD with a Student Membership, this costs £138 (£40 joining fee, £98 membership fee) 

  • The majority of the cost of the course is covered through government funding, an additional employer/self-funding contribution is required to fully meet the course cost

  • Every student needs to be in an HR job role 

  • Students will need to have day release to attend training sessions
