What our learners think.....

I have learnt why things I do in my role as a healthcare assistant are important and the reasons why. I want to give the patient the best experience, the knowledge I am gaining from my health and Social Care level 3 course is allowing me to do this, understanding the policies and procedures to provide better care.

I would like to be a senior healthcare assistant it is essential that I have this qualification.

Debbie, Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care

I have learnt more in-depth about what it means to run a class and all the information that needs to be retained to keep things running smoothly inside the class. This course will help me plan more efficiently and be more aware of what a class needs on a daily basis.

My tutor is really good at providing me with relevant feedback it arrives really quickly and can point me in the right direction if I'm not on the right track. I'm able to message email or use the tracker to get in touch with my tutor should I need to and she always replies as soon as she can.

I'm really enjoying the course and feel very supported.

Andrea, Level 3 Diploma in Supporting Teaching & Learning

I have learnt to understand how management works within organisations to protect individuals, different leadership styles and the importance of a structured system. I will use the information gained to progress to the next level in my career. I am always keen to learn and develop within my role. Great course very useful.

My Tutor has encouraged me to complete my work to the best of my ability. Constructive criticism to help me understand the answers clearly. My Tutor has been a fantastic teacher I hope to be taught by again in the future. Patient, full of knowledge and welcoming!
